I regret to inform you that there is huge problem regarding home delivery at your cgr mall branch in *Sriganganagar* . I am regular at your store with an average purchase of about 3000rs weekly. I hardly use ur home delivery facility but in recent past, whenever I availed it, than staff member say it will take maximum 15-20hours to get it delivered due to staff member problems after 2 days i didn't get it. When i enquired about it they said that they will deliver it soon again n again. I didn't expected this from big bazar. Very dissapointed
