In Spite of checking the status with your team daily I am not getting any proper resolution regarding the order[protected]. I ordered the product on 18th May and followed up daily regarding the delivery.I was getting only two reasons one is delay due to lockdown and shipment team will contact you. I also explained them why I need the product within your specified timeline(as i am moving to my native from my current location and its a remote location). But today i got a call from hometown stating that there are damaged stock at the warehouse so they shall initiate delivery only after fresh stock is available that too no proper date and expected delivery is July 10th 2021. Since I cannot wait till that time Please cancel the order and refund my money.
I am very much disappointed with your service. If the stock is not available why would you show the fake delivery time and provide fake reasons and now get to know why people hate hometown and their deliveries on social media. Please cancel my order and refund the amount.
