On 23rd january 2019 i was shopping at the matunga branch of big bazaar and after coming home i realised one item which was the nivea cream for men was missing.
I checked the bill and it was included in it but was not there in the bag.
I would request you to please resolve this as soon as possible.
I have also attached a picture of the bill so that you can review it.
