I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Home & Garden
The issue that I have experienced was: Big Bazar offered used to offer multiple Profit club cards and one of the card expired due to lockdown. Card # [protected]. The amount of 4000 plus was unused and expired. As per process i have to submit a form with ID proof, cancelled cheque and physical card. I duly obliged the required documents in Kundanahalli Store. Apparently have no process to acknowledge or track the refund that is due. Now second wave lockdown has further delayed it.
It occurred on: 28/04/2021
First confirm whether they have tracked the card and form, else I will resubmit the form.
Then issue refund asap.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
