Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Profit club card refund as company is closed now

I was a member of Big bazar and being a profit club card. In feb 2022 the big bazar got closed and no prior instructions regarding the deposited money in the profit club card was sent to customers. Now the big bazar email, customer care is not responding.

Please refund the amount or tell me the procedure.
