This is regarding my big bazaar profit club card [protected] for which refund request and all related documents have been submitted to big bazaar grand venice mall greater noida outlet on 5th july 2020 via hotlist id 79020
However inspite of the card being cancelled and refund due being acknowledged refund is being delayed by big bazaar without any explanation. Even the period of 20 working days has been surpassed.
Customer care acknowledges receipt of all documents however no refund is being credited to shared account details.
