Big Bazaar Customer Care Team (Toll Free –[protected]
Email – [protected]@bigbazaar.com) replied on April -5 -2022 that they would take up my refund request vide Ref no BB[protected], before that they have asked to produce a cancelled cheque as well as Adar card copy, which I have sent them.
The amount which was already credited in my future pay wallet has also vanished as they have blocked my card after my e.mail.
but even after 30 days they have not responding to my e.mails.
