Dear Sir,
on 24/01/2019 I have purchased the following item under capital goods.
1. KORYO REFRIGERATOR model KDR2100S3F
But unfortunately one problem I found in refrigerator as the water does not comming to tray and the whole water is pouring outside. So, I made one complain to customer care with service ticket No.[protected] on 12/04/2019. Since nobody attended, I got assistance from Bigbazar Kharagpur and he gave phone No. of one Technician namely SUMIT (Phone No. [protected]) but he has told me that he cannot come if directed by customer care. Anyway, I made second complian then the Technician Sumit told me that he will be going immediately. But he did not come nor any response from customer care received except one message by SMS regarding service ticket No. Today on 16/04/2019 when I made 3rd complain, I came to know that the Technician Sumit made a report that work has been completed. I was astonished. I contacted Sumit. Then he told me that the extra money needed to attend. I contacted customer care again. and then again The Technician. Then Sumit told me that as it is 20 k.m. away from Bigbazar Kharagpur he will not go and killometerwise extra money needed in addition to other charges.
I am totally dissatisfied with the behavior and I want to return the refrigerator if not repaired. I also change my mind in purchasing ac from a koryo company whose customer care service is so bad and really the day was bad in which I purchased so many items from Koryo.
If you feel justified, please be kind to look into the matter.
