Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Refund for failed delivery

My delivery(04.08.2021) got failed & i was assured refund via sms(screen shot attached),
But it's been days still didn't receive any refund...so let me know what's the cause of delay.

I also complained via toll free no but still no action taken this is just becoming so much disgusting

Whenever i call they just say: u will get ur refund in 24hrs but that 24 hrs is taking a month.
