Dear sir, I make the payment of rs 1014 to purchase from big bazaronline on 11th of April 2021 8.43pm. Amount is deducted from my upi bank account but it is not added in future pay wallet. Please refund my amount to my upi account

I had compliant many times but no reply to comes with me. Please solve the issue as earliest as possible
