As discussed with customer care, i have shared my cancellation cheque, id proof and membership card snapshot for refund request on April 24th 2022 and i got response from [protected]@bigbazaar.com saying they are working on this but no update yet and now am not able to reach thr Customer care number or email address. so need help on this to get back my 10k which I paid for my membership card renewal.
