Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Refund not yet received

Till today I have not received any answer or any sort of reply from Big bazaar orderly bazar, Varanasi.
my complaint is----
On 03.12.2016, Big bazaar orderly bazar, Varanasi
billing counter guy swiped my card 2 times, 2 times the transaction was failed where my acount was debited by Rs. 498 twice. I have not received the refund yet. Big Bazar guy's says that amount will automatically get reversed into your account. But nothing happened as such. Requesting Big bazaar orderly bazar, Varanasi to refund my amount balance as soon as possible.
