Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Refund of future Card

Dear Sir,

I have taken profit club card of 10000 rs from big bazaar. However i did not utilise and asked for refund. However they asked for aadhar card and cancelled cheque. However even after submitting they have not replied back n neither their no[protected] is functional.

U are requested to refund my amount at the earliest.
