It's really inconvenient for customers to wait in queue for getting things billed on time. Evey time the billing counter are closed and one have to wait in queue for more than 1 hour. N they give the timing of billing counter person is late so we can't open billing counter. N when we are standing in queue the closes the counter and say you have to join the other line from starting. They open big bazar at 11 and the person at billing counter had given time of 1 pm. It's better to open the shop after 1 instead of 11. You want maximum number of customer to visit and you dont provide services to them. There are old peoples and ladies with kids waiting in queue for more than 1 hour.
