[Resolved]  Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — regarding refund

Dear sir/madam
I purchased various item in big bazar haldwani (Uttarakhand) on 20 june 2019, after purchasing when we made payment through my debit card your payment executive deducted rs. 8578.00 in twice time in my debit card, when i asked for him in these that he told me excess amount is credited in your account within 24 hrs. But till date 22.06.2019 the amount is not received by me. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
