We want to exchange product worth RS.3000.When we entered we were told to take another product and go but after going to billing section only we were informed to meet customer care. After spending one hour we were informed it will take two days for approval .M.Jagan Francis in BigBazaar Tirunelveli didn't even respond properly in customer care.He took 20 minutes to inform us it will take two days for approval.We were really unhappy with the incident.We were regular customers buying 15000 worth products.
