Employee at big bazaar ib block salt lake kolkata named akarsh ghosh did not have the courtesy treat the customers. He made me stand for a rs2000 change which he already had. And saying that i cannot arrange for the change, he went and did not even have the courtesy to tell me a solution. This kind of behaviour is being encouraged by others here and that is why there is no action. Atleast teach your employees to be polite.
