I purchased a koryo led from ezone gip and installed it my village. I also purchased 2years extended warranty.
In the month of dec 21 there was a problem in my tv so I registered a complaint on 20 dec 21 ew Complaint number 279946.

I-got 2-3 calls till now from service centre or customer care the are asking visit done or not even after that not a single engineer called for the complaint.
I aggressively need a solution. This is not a joke you are not giving proper services to customers. It’s already 6 months done.
