[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Shower cubicle piping not done properly, Dining table chairs starting to shake

We bought 2 shower cubicles & dining table from Hometown on Marathahalli ring road (Bengaluru) in Feb 2015. The chairs are already starting to shake/creak, and the piping on the shower cubicle has come off, and made the whole area under the cubicle dirty and yet inaccessible.

Also, the customer service numbers on the bill + on this web site for Bengaluru are not working (no one picks up the phone)
