Please set up enquiry to know how your executives have handled it. Request to take most urgent panel for arrogant and shameless executives as per following:
When i purchased the sofa i never thought that home town will supply me poorest quality of sofa. Thereafter game will start by your executives which is fraud and cheating.
Are aware of the fact that your executiv from noida gave a call and confirmed me that my sofa will be replaced but i have pay rs.2000 for transport. It is horrible to know this that your company has become so poor that i have to pay transportation charges??
Your company's incharge tripathy tell me that he will repair the sofa and revert back to me in next 24 hours. It is already 5 days but no response. Why are you employing your employees who are totally customer unfriendly and liars?
I regret to inform you that your customer executive is so loyal to your company that she is ready to respond in manipulative manner without going in merit of the problem. If you do not check them, then the day is not far when she will also do fraud and cheating. It is matter of surprise that illiterate tailor of your company decides the quality of sofa without knowing a, b, c, d of the quality of sofa.
The executive responding does not know that the sofa was replaced twice due to worst quality of sofa supplied.
The sofa supplied on third occasion was fabricated with further poorer quality of material and upper & lower materials were of different materials which is totally wrong. Surprisingly even both upper parts of both the sofas were having different materials. Does this is known to any of your staff? This fact shall be verified from a qualified employee of your company.
The above fact was shared with mr. Sarkar, the then i/c of ncr region who offered me to change the sofa with another design. I along with my wife visited your showroom in great india place mall but found that all sofas available at that time were of large size which my house could not have accommodated in space, however he convinced me, to carry on the sofa which will be replaced by a sofa suitable to my home space.
Your executive claims that sofa the guarantee period is one year. How silly is to write like this without understanding the problem and background. Such employees are liability who take decision without understanding the merit of complaint.
I was verbally told that the sofa has life guarantee contrary to declaration of your executive. Your executive could not show any guarantee clause signed by me in support of her claim.
I had requested to your ncr i/c to visit my home and verify the facts of quality but as highly irresponsible person he choice to send a person with tailor background against my serious complaint which involves
Poorest quality of sofa
Replacement already done due to worst quality of sofa
The quality is not assessed now by a proper person
Responses are being given without knowing the issue of the problem and not taken actions in spite of seriousness.
I as customer has undergone tremendous harassment
I view of above you are requested to get the complaint investigated by a proper person and refund the cost of sofa
