Hi team,
My name is harshwardhan resides in bhayandar west. Pin - 401101.
As you aware due to corona all stores are closed. And we are finding it difficult to get neseccary food items.
When i got to know that dmart is allowing to shop only grocery on coupon basis, i went there to get one.
Same time i saw bigbazar was opened in maxus and allowing people to shop so i thought to get necessary items without waiting for tomorrow.
After i picked all necessary items i reached to billing counter and there i found i did not carried my wallets and cards as i was only going out from home to get dmart coupon.
So i requested to suggest if there is anyway that i can make payment. Then he told me about future pay app. I was not getting it hence i requested staff member to help me or guide me so i can add money and i showed him my phone. He misguided me to add money into central brand wallet and later he told me & manager of the store (Chirag bora) that i did not see since the mobile was not in my hand and was in opposite direction. He adviced me in so casual way that "it's okay sir, you can use that money in particular store later". He didn't even realized his mistake and not even other staff. All were taking his side like staf[censored]nion. When i insist to repay the money they all misbehaved and used abusing word (Chutiya) to me and said, "you can do whatever u want to". They were not talking with respect. And when i mentioned about consumer right and power, "they told we are not scared of anyone" and they were almost came over to my body.
Something i got to know and i was shocked after hearing it. That the reason why they are being so encouragingly arrogant is that they have a union i. E. Almost 200 staff members, and management is helpless due to the fear -
If they goes on strick then who will work?
I dont remember the name of the staff members who were misbehaving and abusing. But i know the name of manager i. E. Chirag bora, such a humble guy. He told me that sir if you cannot utilize your money to central then let me know i'll use it and pay u cash after corona case ends and situation gets normal. But unfortunately i cannot wait till that since we are middle class people and for us every penny is important.
I would like to make two request.
1- take strick action against such staff members so no other customer gets abused and misbehaved in future. And also people stay connected with bigbazar.
2- please request to repay my money as i spent twice i. E. One into incorrect wallet and one to pay the bill.
Amount was 1500.
I hope atleast here my complaint will be entertained and acknowledged.
