Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Study table not delivered which was ordered a month ago

I have ordered study table from HomeTown online platform on 2nd June 2021. Till now it is not delivered and even the status showing as just order accepted in portal. Their helpline number is pathetic, need to wait 30 minutes minimum to talk to them and still not helpful.
