Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — They have initiated my refund but I havent received it since 2 months

I have ordered from big bazar on 5 January, 22. They didn’t delivered my items and refunded my money which was not showing in my upi. I have talked to there customer care and they simple said go to your bank and show them your reference number. I have visited my branch but they didn’t helped me out and said we don’t do anything like this. Please help me out. I m sending you my reference number with date and amount
