Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — They have not delivered the ordered products and are not refunding the amount for the same.

I had ordered few products from big bazaar on around May 4, 2021 and I didn’t got all the items that I ordered, so the coordinating staff told me that the amount for the same will get refunded.
Today it had been 10 days, after regular mailing and calling them I have not received my money back. Kindly look into the matter and take action against their unprofessional behaviour with the customers. This kind of fraud is highly unacceptable.
