Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Transaction failed - non refund of money

Address: Big Bazaar, Tiruppur

Dec 31st 2020 In Big Bazaar Tiruppur, I paid Rs.5534.00 using GPay since it took more than 1 min to confirm the transaction the cashier at Big Bazaar told me the transaction is failed. When I said money got deducted from my account and he replied saying money will be returned to your account in 5 - 7 working days. So again I have paid the bill using my wife's debit card.

Today [Jan 15th 2021] - still I didn't receive my refund.
