Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Transaction Failed -non refund of money

I loaded Rs.749/- on 20/05/2017 on my Future pay Wallet and my SBI Bank Savings A/c was deducted with Rs. 749/- but the amount did now show up in my Future pay wallet.
