Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — unable to claim pf amount

I have left the company in 2016 but still didnot got my pf amount when ever i am contacting my local hr team they are saying that they are trying to resolve my issue but no use i need that amount because of some emergency in my home but no one is helping me out and i have even begged them not of any use i dont know if i write this feed back also it will be any help but please if anyone has time please help me
