Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — unknown items on bill

I went to shop in big bazaar on 31 may 2019. On the bill we found an item "lb sl 140 pgs p06" (Net amount 225, discount 75) which looks like the two notebooks we bought but we found another item down named "itc saathi lbsl 3" (Net amount 99, discount 51).

"saathi" is the name of the notebook so it's clearly their amount. But then what is the first product? How can they just add it to our bill.
