've placed an order through your website and it was delivered on time but they
have delivered "Wellberg vaccum flask set flask 500ML + Coffee Mug (2 Unit)
combi set - with bag" instead of "Wellberg vaccum flask set flask 750ML + Coffee
Mug (2 Unit) combi set - with bag. I also emailed regarding this on 14th Jan 2021
and got the revert with Reference No: BB[protected]. Post that I've received a
call from +91-[protected] on 14th Jan 2021 and they assured that the product
will be returned and will refund the product amount. I tried to reachout on the
same number multiple times but didn't get any response even a single time. Also, I
followed up over email but they are also not replying.
I am not able to figure it out that why this is happening. Today is 29th Jan 2021
and still my problem has not been resolved. How many day should I wait for this?
