I had return request of order no.[protected] which was picked by courier boy of xpressbees but instead of return of salwar suit my blue zinc london jacket was picked up due to miscommunication with the delivery boy
So kindly return back my jacket immediately and pick up the correct item i need it urgently
I have already lodged complain (Ref. No. Bb[protected] dated 14/11/2018) but 15 days have passed till now not resolved
I have to return that wrong product and it’s date will also expire on 6 th december
Kindly look upon my complain in priority
