[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — Harassment at Kandivali East Store

I purchased a energee bottle at the kandivali east store in mumbai where the cap opener for the bottle was not available, so i tried to return the bottle at the consumer help desk and was asked for the bill which was not provided to me yet. So i approached the bill counter to get a copy, where he asked me to pay the amount again. So i left the store frustrated, soon a security guard approached me and forcefully dragged me to the store again and the store supervisor threatened me of calling the police. I hope this complaint helps taking some action against the employees of that store.
