[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Incorrect Billing and item missing!

Hi,
I visited Big Bazar in Lake Mall In Kolkata yesterday Dated 20th May at 4:40p.m.
I Purchased groceries and some house hold stuffs.
Upon returning home i realized that I was missing an item and was also incorrectly billed for it too.
I Have had the worst experience visiting the store.
It was my first visit to the outlet and never plan to visit It again.
The staff there are not polite, they are all settling and running around leaving no place for the customer to buy stuffs.
The entire place is so disorganized and at the end they do incorrect billing and don, t put all the stuffs In your bag.
