We purchased a non stick tawa from big bazaar matunga. They offered a 1 year warranty. The non stick coating quality is of very poor. It comes out iimmediately. We returned the tawa, they did not replace though they should have replaced the same. They issued a receipt saying that they would give a replacement within a week. We gave the tawa on dec 12 2018. Till this day they are not giving the replacement nor do they refund the money. They promote their bad quality we repeatedly visit for the replacement but asked to wait for a few more days. They promote the non stick tawa giving verbal assurances of immediate replacement. We consumers are being cheated.
We request a refund for the full amount as the quality of the product and service is very bad. Please assist.
