I ordered groceries and crockery items on 2nd july from [protected]@bigbazaar.The amount of Rs 509 was deducted from my bank account (gpay).The order said "awaiting payment" and it was not delivered.Next day i complained about the order but the customer service said they haven't received the amount.After two day of saying this they finally accepted they have the amount.Since then I complained about refunding the amount.But they tell me to wait 48hrs and then wait 24 hrs more.After so much trying they always say "the concern is escalated to Higher team".I am fed up of these excuses.Order number[protected].The order now shows cancelled but the refund is still not initiated.

The money is refunded today i.e 10july via payu.

My profit club money rs 4000 has not been refunded.
I was trying to use my profit club for online purchase in big bazar but i was not.
Able to use it for online purchase.
Later after the pandemic when i went to big bazar they said it has expired .
When i asked for refund they told me to submit the card and cancelled cheaque .
Till now i have not got the refund.Kindly do the needful and return my money.
I have got two profit club cards one in my name and the other in my daughter name
