[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Not refunding my money even after 15 days of cancellation the product

I ordered a product from bigbazar.in on 4th june amounting rs. 2798 and cancelled the same on 6th june. Still now I have not received my refund. I called customer care number for more than 20 times. Most of the times call does not connect and if connected then they hold the line and after sometime disconnect the call. I also mailed them several times. No response. It is now over 15 days they are not refunding my money. Please refund my money. It is my request. Otherwise I will have to go to consumer's court
