[Resolved] Big Bazaar Satara Road Pune — over charging

On 6th may I purchased some items from big bazaar satara road pune outlet. I noticed that I was over charged for one item and the excess amount was refunded by customer care counter. However I found that I was overcharged for two more items when I cross checked the bill at home.I wrote email to big bazaar customer support and there was a reply by Rishi Mirchandani stating that The outlet will contact me in this regard.Till date no one has contacted from the outlet. I would appreciate if you let me know the authority in Pune where I could file complaint in this regard or if you can take up the matter with them directly.
