Dear sir,
I, Naresh Sharma, was going to purchase some items. One item was safed campion of 5 kg. And it had free a bucket and a mug. and some other item, from ground floor and I have gone to 2nd floor for billing but the cashier told that mug is not free with safed detergent. Then I told the cashier to go and check that mug is free or not. I am waiting for 20 to 30 mins. But he didn't reply . So I got angry because my time is wasting . Then I told one man to come with me to see that it is free or not and in the mean time the cashier told my son that"chor ek ta mug tuleneshe" then I got very much angry .
and this is all the matter and the argument go long for half an hour . And my extact time wasted 2 hrs, so I request you to improve your management ...
All the head staffs and other staffs talked to me in slang language... The mall was dreamplex and the address is Durgapur city centre.
