Dear sir/madam, I, s roopesh bought some goods from big bazar rev moti mall kanpur pin- 208025 billing Rs 2098/- on 19-12-13 at 8:59pm for that i hav used my debit card, the person at the counter swiped my card two times saying that the first swipe was unsuccessful, the bill generated and i signed on the bill having 2098 as bill amount, after 15 minutes to my shock i received message from my bank stating that my money got debited twice, i asked big bazar help desk people they said that, they have debited only once and assured that the extra debited amount will be credited within 72 hours but till now i have no sign of refund or refund status from big bazar, please some person from big bazar or future group look into this matter and refund my money, please inform me my mail id is santosh.[protected]@gmail.com, mobile no [protected]
