Dear Sir,
I have placed an order at Bigbazaar.com online on 15th August 2018. Today is 31st August.

Called them many a times as well as wrote on email.
Spoke to People like Yaspal / Dilip Das - who are good for nothing.
Everytime, they are keeping the call on hold for several minutes and saying that there is a problem in the system and they will get back to me. But they are not replying back. Above all, Dilip Das is replying that he is not responsible to reply on mail, there is a separate team etc. When i told him to transfer to his senior person - he kept me on hold for 20 minutes! How ridiculous!
It is 16 days now that you have taken my money and did not deliver the goods. Above all, there is no update from their end about their plan of despatch.
I hereby request you to take a strict action against these big shots. Above all, there is no scope to get my money refund or to cancel the order. They are not keeping any provision for "COD" also.
Looking for a prompt action.

It is more than 1 month now that big bazaar did not yet deliver all the products.
They are stil not able to give any dates and below items are pending.
