Bigbazaar — Two membership cards with substantial balance deactivated

My two BigBazaar Profit Club membership cards with substantial balance have been deactivated. Neither the store nor customer care is able to help re-activate the card and allow me to use the balance on my card. Disappointed as I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years now
