I ordered Smart Robotic Automatic Vaccum Cleaner(2020 Edition) on14/09/2020 and my order was delivered on 15/09/2020 against order no. 29813. The product received is not working since it is received. I had been calling your contact nos. [protected] and +91 [protected] since the product is received. Yesterday since the calls were not answered I tried from another number which they picked up immediately and one Mr. Rahul informed that the product will be replaced however thereafter all the calls which I made were either rejected or not picked. I made more than 50 calls on the number directly as well as on whatsapp
Kindly arrange for the replacement with the workable product or refund at the earliest
