[Resolved]  Bigdeals24x7 — Purchased a land phone but not working, no support from bigdeals 24x7

Purchased a land phone from bigdeals 24X7 bombay. The land phone was showing no link after connecting. Requested to replace the phone. The phone was picked up and sent the same without repairing or replacement. Totally waste of money. The bigdeals customer care is not helping.
Was hoping if the phone can be replaced. The issue was reported right after the delivery during return period as per their policy.
