Bigmegamart — refund of my deposit

This company people has advertised on facebook that dealership is available for delivery of their products. Gave my phone number and was contacted repeatedly by their executive named anjali (May not be a real name) until i was convinced to take the dealership. Was advised that in lieu of a deposit of 30000 i would be given the dealership of one pincode from city which is hyderabad for the delivery of their products. Was confirmed that atleast 8 to 10 orders will. Be given everyday and the commission of 750 rs will be given against each delivery. Else a compensation of 1500 rs if no orders given. I agreed and had filled a form provided by them after speaking to one of the dealers from mumbai. The agreement was done on 20.09.18 wherein all the details aforementioned were advised. I jad deposited the amount of rs 30000 the same day as they wanted it to be done immediately. After few days i received a stock from the company which was like 15 small boxes packed in a polythene cover but there were no details of the orders or the address of the delivery. Was advised that from 3 october the orders will begin and was given a link of an email portal. However no orders came and further after contacting them wa as advised that from 10th and then from 20th orders will start. Like that they kept fooling me. However i was fed up and wanted to cancel the agreement so called anjali who advised to send a cancellation email. I sent the same on 16th oct in reply on 17rh oct they sent me a cancellation form which i filled and returned on 22nd oct. Since then i sent them few. More emails. And also had a chat with anjali on whatsapp and on the phone who confirmed that the refund will be done. By 10th of november. I asked whether they would also provide me the compensation amount as promised by them but was denied. I lost all hope and resorting to this method as anjali (+[protected] has not been answering my messages and her phone is temporarily out of service. Tried contacting their customer service number +[protected] but this is also out of service. I request the concerned authority to look into and please get me my refund money as soon as possible. I have all the emails exchanged with the company and the forms of agreement and cancellation.
