[Resolved]  Biju M Johnson — money is deducted but train ticket not issued

Address: Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, 396230

I try to take train ticket through irctc on 26/12/18. I didnt get the ticket and money (Rs867.27) is cut from my federal bank account. Neither i get the ticket or nor get back the money. I think it is automatically come to my account. What i should do to get back the money to my account. You have to take appropirate action to get back my money. I think i will get a feed back from your end.
