Dear Sir, On 5th Sep, I did a transaction of Rs 506/- to pay my BSNL landline bill f Haryana circle from HDFC Bank Debit Card. But due to some teachnical problems my Transaction get failed and my account is get debited with amount Rs 506/-. Also, I forgot to note your 14-Digit Transaction number but i have 6 digit Ref. No: 173107 which I able to see when I logged into Netbabanking. Currently, I am unable to track my Refund status. Sir, Please update me about the refund status. Sir, Please do it on priority basis as I am not getting assistance from BSNL - Haryana. My transaction details are as mentioned below. My details are: Card Holder Name: Vikram Bakshi Bank: HDFC Bank Transaction Source: HDFC Bank Debit Card Card Last 4 Digit: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-1504 Transaction Ref No#: 173107 Bill Paid for Haryana BSNL Landline Amount: 506/- Date of Transaction: 05rh September. I contacted BSNL and Bill Desk on my own and problem get resolved. But I advice everybody don't use Bill Desk Payment Gateway.
