Amount deducted from my bank account in SBI has not been credited to BSNL in transaction done through Billdesk and internet banking.
Despite repeatedly calling customer care on telephone nos [protected] or the tollfree no 1800****of SBI, complaint could not be lodged .
The transaction was done on 14 Oct 2016. I was expecting reversal of amount debited to be credited to account but the same didn't happen even after 36 hrs. Was this information helpful? |
