Bill Desk — Tata sky

As customer care called me and informed that my account is deactivated so they told me recharge with 1719 rupees offer for 1year or 6months I think so, immediately I have recharged thru bill desk via phone pay but my account is not activated from yesterday even today also, I tried every phone number of Tata sky customer care they are not responding, not even providing correct information regarding their phone numbers as billdesk is big company they should solve these problems regarding to customer immediately.
