I have done payment from SELF SBI UPI to Tata Sky Hdfc UPI account they said they haven't received the payment where my bank confirms payment is given to them.
I paid through quick recharge and when I approached customer care executive they said payment is not yet done.
Looking at the UPI transaction it says clearly paid to billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank”.
And the payment has been received by Tata Sky Com.
Now the customer care executive says it will take 3 days to activate the account.
Else make payment again. I seriously don’t understand why the customer resolved my problem. October 2020 I had face same problem but still not resolved .if they have to provide connection they will call multiple time to take new connection.
I want this to be resolved as soon as possible.
