Billdesk — Amount debited from bank account and paid to billdesk for onward payment to yes bank credit card

1) Amount of Rs.2049 was debited from my account on 28/2/2022 for payment of yes bank credit card through bill desk. reference no. : S/[protected]. Attached debit bank statement.
2) Attached yes bank credit card letter confirming they have not received payment.

3) Kindly contact billdesk and ask them to either pay to yes bank or refund us the money.
