merchant reference number: HICI[protected]
I did payment for Vodafone dataplan thru Vodafone website, with transaction reference number : [protected], the bank transaction completed successfully, however, billdesk error was shown as 'Sorry we are unable to process your request' after making the payment above error is shown.
Therefor raising this complaint, please complete the transaction or reverse the payment at earliest.
